INHUMANITY pure INSANITY

"Who has the right to determine the life of another?", asked the murderer who shortened the life of another. When viewing it from this perspective one might say it is only right that the murderer recieve what he/she gave. One might come to accept the death penalty and support it whole heartdly. But in America this can't be understandable. We pride ourselves on being the equal nation and country of brotherhood. My only issue with the death penalty is the judgement placed on the individual recievieng the death penalty. For instance a serial killer that shot his victims execution style in the back of the head gets a life sentence but another serial killer takes all his victims in a chamber torture them, make them beg for their life on film, stab them death creating a film even the most horrible monster couldn't stand to watch....he get the death penalty. Why? Why is he more dangerous than the first serial killer, why should he be put to death, both have killed multiple people, one just more gruesome than the other. Being creative isn't a crime.... being a murderer.... a danger to society..... a cold hearted killer... that's the crime and all dangers to society should serve the same sentence depending on the crime not race... gender... or age.... just murder. Let's be the equal country we claim to be when jugdeing the lives of dangerous individuals.
